Prep for feeding - 1:1 private antenatal session in the comfort of your own home: 

If you'd like to up your knowledge around feeding your baby before they arrive, my one-to-one sessions in your home can help alleviate any concerns you may have and help you feel more relaxed about your options and feeding in those first days and weeks.​

​My Prep for Feeding session is dedicated to help you learn crucial information before birth about all aspects of feeding your baby, including colostrum harvesting in pregnancy, which will give you peace of mind, and confidence for when baby arrives.

If you're feeling unsure about your feeding journey, and would like someone to watch a feed, or provide you with some reassurance or signposting to other services that can support you in the area, you can book a  Feeding Check-In session.​​

For some peace of mind you can book an antenatal session and postnatal session in pregnancy with my Feeding Package.​

Feeding package:​

Prep for feeding session during pregnancy, and one postnatal visit within 4 weeks of your due date, and 1 week of messaging support £110

Postnatal planning session:

The early weeks with a new baby can feel intense. This 1:1 session gives you space to think ahead and prepare for life after birth.

​

Together we’ll look at rest and recovery, feeding hopes, nights, visitors and practical support - so you’re not making big decisions when you’re exhausted.

​

My sessions are 60-90 minutes long, and should leave you feeling clearer, steadier and more prepared for the fourth trimester.

I work with families within approximately 40 minutes from my home in Great Horkesley. Travel up to 10 miles is included. Beyond this, mileage is charged at 45p per mile (return journey).
