A postnatal doula is there to support new parents and mothers during the postnatal period and beyond. The role of a postnatal doula is a varied one and is tailored completely to each client. I can offer you a bespoke postnatal planning session where you will get a chance to really think about what life will look life once baby is here. You will come away from the session feeling confident and safe in your decisions in how you will begin this new journey.
I offer various packages of support leading up to and beyond birth. I will be available online to help answer any questions you might have, offer a non-judgmental listening ear, and provide encouragement if things feel tough.
I come to you and help you get the most out of your time once baby is here. Whether your priority is a warm cup of tea uninterrupted, a nap, some feeding support, a shoulder to cry on, help with an older sibling (the list goes on!) I can be there to help make things feel a bit lighter.
