Loving Family Portrait

Postnatal support

You don’t just need an extra pair of hands.

You need someone who understands what those early weeks can really feel like.

My postnatal support is about looking after you too; offering practical help, emotional reassurance and a safe space to talk, while helping you find your feet with your new baby.

Whether you need a hot meal, a shower, someone to hold the baby while you rest, or simply someone to listen, I’m there to help make things feel a little lighter.

Choose the support that's right for you

Before your
Baby Arrives

There’s lots of focus on preparing for birth, but what about everything that comes after?

I can help you think beyond the birth and prepare for those early weeks with your baby; from how you'll be supported at home, to feeding, food, rest, recovery and the practicalities of everyday life.

Postnatal Planning: £125

A personalised 90-minute session where we'll look at what life might actually look like once your baby arrives, what support you already have around you and where there might be gaps. It'll prompt important conversations between yourself and your birth partner about expectations, hopes, fears, and the practicalities of life after birth.

Together we'll create your Postnatal Care Blueprint, with practical ideas and trusted local resources to help you feel more prepared and supported.

If feeding is something you'd particularly like to prepare for, we can also spend time talking through your feeding hopes, options and what support you might need in those early days.

You don't need to have it all figured out. The aim is simply to feel a little more prepared, a little less overwhelmed, and to know who you can turn to when you need it.

Every family’s needs are different, and your needs might even change day to day. Here's how I might support you in a session:

  • Watch or cuddle your baby while you rest, eat, shower, or attend appointments

  • Be a listening ear for whatever’s on your mind - or celebrate your wins!

  • Prepare food, make you a cup of tea, and ensure you get time to enjoy them

  • Look after older siblings while you bond with your baby - or vice versa

  • Offer infant feeding support (breast or bottle) as a trained coach

  • Accompany you to appointments or join you for a supportive walk

  • Help you feel more relaxed knowing you have an experienced, calm adult with you as an extra pair of hands to ensure your day goes a little smoother

Every session looks different, and if you’re not sure what you need yet, that’s ok. We can work it out together.

Sessions are a minimum of 3 hours long. Book adhoc sessions or a package so you are guaranteed my time is booked out for you when you need it most.

Virtual support

For mums who prefer to talk things through with someone they can trust

Sometimes you don't need someone to come to your house; you just need to talk to someone who gets it. Virtual support gives you a chance to step away from the noise, tell me what's going on and work through things together.

We might talk about feeding, sleep, your recovery, how you're feeling, a tricky day with your baby or something you're simply unsure about. I'll listen without judgement, help you think through your options and, where appropriate, signpost you to the right support. I'm not here to tell you what to do.  I'm here to help you feel less alone and more confident in figuring it out.

You can book a virtual session when you need one, or use virtual support alongside your other postnatal support.

£30 for 45 mins

£90 for 3 x45 minute sessions taken over 3 weeks:

Session 1: Getting your head around things
What’s happening now, what’s feeling hard, and what support would help.

Session 2: Checking in
What’s changed, what’s working, and what needs adjusting.

Session 3: Finding your feet
A final check-in to troubleshoot, build confidence and work out what support you need next.

Baby massage is a lovely way to slow down, connect with your baby and learn simple techniques you can continue using together at home.

I offer private sessions for parents who'd like to learn at their own pace, with plenty of time to ask questions and get comfortable with the techniques.

£40 per session
3 sessions: £110

Travel within 10 miles is included. Support beyond this is charged at 45p per mile.
