Postnatal doula support

Service Description

One postnatal planning session, 7x 3 hour postnatal sessions in your home within 4-6 weeks, including whatsapp messaging throughout our time together. The time with your new baby can be the way you want it with my support. I can take baby while you shower or nap, provide infant feeding support, do some light tidying, be a non-judgmental listening ear, attend appointments with you, entertain older siblings while you feed baby or yourself, prepare light snacks or meals, hot drinks to enjoy while they are hot! Each session will begin with a check in with you and how you're feeling with a drink or snack made by me. We will then discuss your priorities for the session and go from there. If by the end of your booked 21 hours you would like to book more I charge £21 per hour adhoc or you can rebook another 21 hours.
